Acclaimed neighbourhood Italian restaurant group Cin Cin will launch a new, al fresco summer terrace today.

In the heart of Fitzrovia on Foley Street, Cin Cin launched in summer 2021 to critical acclaim, following success at the group’s first two sites in sunny Brighton and Hove. This year, the bright and buzzy, south-facing terrace has had a seasonal makeover with increased, cafe-style street seating and a dolce vita twist, promising to become a top spot for central London socialising this summer.

Cin Cin’s Chef Patron, Jamie Halsall, has created a special al fresco menu full of snacks and sharing plates exclusively for the terrace. Diners can expect seasonal Italian dishes including:

Crispy Calabrese chicken wings, garlic mayonnaise and parmesan
***
Courgette flower and truffled ricotta fritti
***
Arancino of white crab with brown crab aioli
***
Seafood crudo platter : cured trout & seabass, citrus marinated scallops and oysters
***
Marinated San Marzano tomato, house cured lardo, pangrattato
***
Italian salumi & artisan cheeses, house pickles, caper berries, pane carasau

Perfect for summer dining or aperitivo hour, cocktails will include signature, twist-on-a-classic serves such as the Cin Cin Negroni, made with Campari, Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, Malfy gin, and rhubarb bitters, and The Australiano – a combination of Real Rogue Lively white vermouth, limoncello and Fever-Tree lime soda. A range of carefully curated Italian wines by the glass, as well as beers, will also be available.

Founded by ex-lawyer David Toscano with Chef Jamie Halsall – previously of Launceston Place and Roux Parliament Square – Cin Cin first opened its doors in Brighton’s North Laine in 2016, winning a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2018. A second site followed in Hove in 2018, and was awarded an AA Rosette in 2020. Cin Cin Fitzrovia launched in summer 2021, becoming a local go-to for fantastic food, great drinks, and good times.
