This summer, restaurateur Stevie Parle has been on the hunt for the best basil pesto, with Natoora founder Franco Fubini. To celebrate what is commonly seen as a house-hold staple, Stevie will serve his ultimate basil pesto at his loved pasta restaurant Pastaio, as basil comes into peak season this summer.

Using the finest Genovese basil from Natoora, guests can enjoy Ligurian basil pesto, potato, green beans, lasagnette. A ribbon shaped pasta comprising seasonal vegetables and what Stevie has found to be the best pesto using local Genovese ingredients, which is at its best during the basil season.
