Stevie Parle's new opening, Town, has received four glorious national critical reviews whilst Cape Town's Salsify, landed straight in at 88 in this year's World's 50 Best top 100 - an incredible achievement from London-trained Chef Ryan Cole. Last night's National Restaurant Awards saw Moor Hall's Mark Birchall win Chef of the Year whilst Wildflowers' Aaron Potter was crowned Chef to Watch. Wildflowers and Gorse join the list in their first years operating, and of course, Moor Hall, Kitchen Table, Osip, LUCA, and The Palmerston - all making the top 100. Here's to a client roster that continues to inspire us - epitomising the very best in hospitality.
