Taking place from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th May, the return marks the third chapter of the dining experience created by Browning Bros. and Chef Sommelier Melanie Brown, owner of The Laundry, following sold-out events in 2025.

Set deep in Browning Bros.’ fifth-generation, family-run organic farm just an hour from London, The Wild Table transforms Tey Brook Orchard into a woodland restaurant for a celebration of bold, seasonal open-fire cooking and connection beneath the trees. Brown’s vibrant new menu for 2026 will draw inspiration from the freshness of spring, celebrating young, wild ingredients grown nearby and cooked over flames for a theatrical culinary journey deeply rooted in its surroundings.

To begin, guests will be led through the woods to gather together for a seasonal cocktail and canapés in the glade, before taking their seats under the canopy for a multi-course feasting menu in the heart of the 20-acre woodland. Guests are encouraged to slow down and settle into the off-grid experience, enjoying dishes that showcase bold flavours and locally-sourced produce, paired alongside a curated wine list.

Of the event, Melanie Brown said: “The third edition of The Wild Table is an immersive, raw homage to Tey Brook Orchard and my collaboration with Becky Browning. During spring - the most coveted of seasons - the land bursts into life, offering a fleeting abundance that defines our table. For me, cooking over fire is a primal connection to the earth: the heat demands presence, respect, and a deep relationship with the ingredients we harvest. This farm-to-fork-to-fire journey is where we truly celebrate nature as the ultimate artist.”

Guests dining on Friday or Saturday evening are invited to truly unwind in the woodland and stay the night in the estate’s luxury glamping accommodation, followed by a leisurely breakfast cooked by The Laundry. Fully-furnished bell tents, yurts, shepherd’s huts and converted grain silos are available.

Priced at £80pp, tickets include a welcome cocktail and multi-course meal, and can be purchased online. Glamping and breakfast for two is priced at £170, or £310 for four in a shared tent, and can be booked via email to becky@browningbros.co.uk following ticket purchase.

Tey Brook Orchard is accessible by train from Stratford or London Liverpool Street to Marks Tey. Taxis can be arranged in advance or booked via Uber. Parking is available on site.
