The secret to our perfect hummus lies in the creamy, smooth texture and richness achieved through the use of high-quality tahini.
We know that celebrating community is really important to you; can you tell us a bit about how this will take shape at Aram?
Aram will be a platform for showcasing Middle Eastern art, music, food, and culture. Whether that's through hosting stand-up comedy nights, live music performances, supper clubs or simply providing a space for creatives to share their work, my goal is to create opportunities for others, just as I was given a chance to rebuild my life.
