The stellar team from Hackney’s Sune, with chef Charlie Tayler, are taking Farrigdon with The Poet, their latest venture with many strings to its bow: a contemporary British pub and elevated dining room, soon to be joined by a 10-seat chef’s counter and standalone cocktail bar.
