On 10th July, Decimo, The Standard, London’s 10th-floor restaurant headed by Michelin-starred chef, Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, will launch brunch for the first time, with a selection of dishes that draw on his Spanish heritage and love of Mexican cuisine. Sitting alongside its recently launched live music programme, Live on Ten, Decimo will offer a Saturday experience like no other, with live music from London’s most exciting up and coming artists, jugs of margarita and a menu of unique brunch dishes from Sanchez-Iglesias.
The brunch menu features Decimo classics, such as the signature Spanish Tortilla, with a Gambas Rojas version available exclusively at brunch, alongside a selection of newly-launched Spanish-Mexican brunch dishes, including eggs with Morcilla and chickpeas (pictured) and Guacamole served with Decimo’s homemade, hand-pressed tortilla chips.
Delicacies such as Squid and Iberico pork come as generous skewers perfectly charred over open fire, served alongside some of Decimo’s most-celebrated dishes, such as the Marinated red peppers, Croquetas de Jamon, and Mangalitza pork (prized for its high-fat, marbled meat). And no Decimo menu would be complete without a taco - with a new lamb and onion addition sitting alongside its classic cauliflower and Baja tacos, best enjoyed with a Bloody Maria (Decimo’s tequila-twist on the Bloody Mary) or a jug of margarita.
Live music performances will accompany the food and drinks, as part of Decimo’s ongoing Live on Ten series. The stellar line-up kicks off with Groove Science + Pete BBE on 10th July, followed by a host of London’s most exciting and up-and-coming artists, providing the ideal backdrop to an exciting new live music brunch in one of London’s most stylish spaces.
Brunch at Decimo launches on 10th July and will be available every Saturday from 12pm-4:30pm.
The live sets take place at 1:15pm and 2:30pm.
