HYKE MARTINI

Ingredients:

Martini glass

60ml HYKE Gin

15ml crème de cacao blanc

15ml amontillado sherry

Squeeze of lemon zest

Garnish green olive


Method:


Begin by chilling a martini glass. 


Stir down the HYKE Gin, Crème de Cacao Blanc and Amontillado Sherry with ice.


Strain into the martini glass, squeeze lemon zest on top and garnish with a green olive.
