Double Standard - Baby Guinness and Black Velvet cocktails
In celebration of St Patrick’s Day, Double Standard - The Standard hotel’s lively ground floor dive bar and restaurant - will launch two Paddy’s Day-inspired cocktails on the 17th; the playful Baby Guinness and seductive Black Velvet. The Baby Guinness - evocative of a mini pint of the iconic Irish stout - comprises coffee liqueur and Irish cream, whilst the Black Velvet features the real thing, with the addition of champagne for a smooth and silky finish.
Honest Burgers - GUINNESS FONDUE special
This St Patrick's Day, GUINNESS and Honest Burgers are celebrating a unique partnership with the launch of the GUINNESS FONDUE monthly special, comprising the classic Honest beef patty, topped with candied bacon, GUINNESS fondue, GUINNESS beef & bacon gravy, crispy onions, rocket and pickles. To accompany the burger, GUINNESS will be poured in all Honest Burgers restaurants throughout March for the first time, via the GUINNESS MicroDraught technology, perfect to toast the feast of Saint Patrick.
Vinegar Yard - Comedy in The Courtyard
On 17 March, Vinegar Yard - London Bridge’s favourite drinking and dining venue - will be hosting a special night of St Patrick’s Day Comedy in the courtyard in partnership with GUINNESS. There is a stellar line-up of comedians including Derry Girls star Diona Dohert alongside Peter Flanagan, Andrea Hubert, Neil O'Rourke & Colin Chadwick. Resident pizza specialists Bad Boy Pizza Society will be on hand to keep guests fed throughout the evening. Tickets are £6 which includes a free GUINNESS on arrival.
