The team at Honest Burgers, inspired by their customers, are today launching Honest Chicken. It’s a brand new, stand-alone menu powered by the same things that make the original so popular - quality British produce, homemade food, a simple menu, rosemary salted chips with every burger and always excellent value.

Honest Burgers have served free-range fried chicken specials since 2017, and now Honest Chicken launches with some brand new recipes. Having spent years perfecting the brine, spices, flour combinations and cooking methods to ensure each burger is crispy, juicy and golden, Honest Chicken is now here.

The focussed menu is made up of four free-range chicken burgers, all served with signature rosemary salted chips:
Chicken: Free-range buttermilk fried chicken thigh, American cheese, chipotle mayo, lettuce and pickles, £10
Grilled: Free-range grilled chicken breast, basil pesto, tomato, mustard mayo and rocket, £12
Buffalo: Free-range buttermilk fried chicken thigh, smoked bacon, homemade buffalo sauce, ranch mayo, lettuce and pickles, £13
Thai: (back by popular demand, again in collaboration with Wingmans) Free-range buttermilk fried chicken thigh, honey sriracha glaze, Thai slaw, crispy shallots, American cheese, ranch mayo and lettuce, £14

Sides: Buffalo Wings, £6: Homemade coleslaw, £3.5 and homemade sauces: Buffalo, £1: Chipotle Mayo, £1: Ranch Mayo, £1: and Chicken & Bacon Gravy, £2

Honest Chicken sources traditional breed Somerset chickens, sustainably raised and always free-range. They eat locally grown and milled grains topped up with whatever natural goodness they find while roaming the farm and grow at a natural pace which develops their fat and flavour.

Honest Chicken is currently a takeover of the Honest Burgers restaurant in King’s Cross (delivering to King’s Cross, Camden, Clerkenwell, Highbury, Islington, Kentish Town, Holborn, and Bloomsbury, with contactless delivery available from Deliveroo and Uber Eats) with plans in progress to open further sites in the future.
