This May, Chet’s at The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush, the all-day Thai-American restaurant, welcomes much-loved American-Filipino chef and author, Alvin Cailan, to join Chet’s & Friends: a seasonal celebration of community, creativity and collaboration. Known for founding some of America’s favourite restaurant and dining concepts including Egg Slut, Amboy Quality Meats & Delicious Burgers and Burgers by Alvin Cailan, Alvin will join Chet’s Head Chef Carolyn Or behind the grill, to bring his signature burgers across the pond.

Chet’s & Friends evolved from Chet’s’ love of bringing together different communities and fun, authentic concepts to the heart of West London, with previous collaborators including FKABAM, Mangal 2, Rita’s Dining, Vincenzo’s and Helen Graham. To kick off the 2026 series, Alvin Cailan has crafted three limited edition burgers, designed just for Chet’s.

Alvin’s menu includes his Green Light burger comprising two smashed patties with Chet’s signature beef blend, American cheese, caramelized and raw onions, and herby hot sauce on a seeded bun ; LA Style chiliburger made with two smash patties, American cheese, all beef chilli, crispy onions, mustard; Spicy crispy eggplant sandwich: golden and crispy aubergine topped with crackly Thai basil, slow roasted tomatoes and a spicy sauce. Chet’s will also serve their renowned Chet’s hot chicken sandwich with crispy chicken, spicy Thai chilli glaze, dill pickles, Thai basil aioli. No burger would be complete without fries, and a crisp bottle of Noam beer. Those looking for a pick me up at brunch will delight in cocktails including Chet’s Bloody Caesar, a blend of Reyka vodka, mezcal, dry sherry, ‘Chet’s Mix’, lemon, tomato, celery, chilli, salt, olive, as well as no/low specials.

Chet’s & Friends: Alvin Cailan will run from 27th May - 14th June with the limited edition menu served during weekend brunch from 11:00, lunch from 12:00 - 16:00 and dinner everyday from 17:30 - 22:00.
