This month feels celebratory for many clients and it’s a privilege to share their news with you. Our Edinburgh office welcomes industry leaders Hawksmoor to the fold; Jun Tanaka’s The Ninth marks its ninth anniversary with one of the most exquisite menus we’ve ever seen; and truffle season is upon us, which by very nature feels special – head to Pastaio for a truly decadent, truffle-enriched meal. And last but certainly not least, we were thrilled to see glowing reviews in national newspapers for the likes of Trivet, Marceline and Sesta, the first restaurant from Drew Snaith and Hannah Kowalski – much cause to celebrate.
